Performance Leadership Training was founded by Dan Reilly. His unique
background and experience as a ‘hands-on’ executive
with over thirty (30) years of senior level responsibilities with
multi-billion dollar companies brings a wealth of knowledge to business.
Dan is a results-driven operating executive who has served on executive
committees for major corporations and understands organizational
dynamics. Dan brings a practical approach to training based on his
experience in dealing with real life situations (he’s been
there – done that). He has first hand experience in developing
high performance teams who have reached beyond normal expectations
to attain world-class performance.
Dan is a true believer that the success of business is based on
treating their people as the most important asset. Companies who
are successful, hire, train and develop the right people, promote
and recognize them for performance.
Dan understands that changes in any organization can be difficult
and painful, but by doing the proper training, planning, communicating
and follow-up, change can be implemented successfully.
